Loyalty in Las Vegas by Vegas Reviews

Poolside Aria Resort and Casino, Las Vegas

Loyalty in Vegas is indeed the difference from a mediocre hotel to an accomplished 5 star resort.  It means the corporation really does care and looks forward to making your Vegas vacation an enjoyable luxury, you wouldn't normally see at home.

You'll notice my Vegas blogs will praise resorts that show consistency and rewarding their customers for LOYALTY.

It's all about loyalty don't you think ?

THE IMPORTANCE OF LOYALTY

Most of us have a passion for our favourite car and will stick by that particular brand.  Sometimes we relate cars with success or luxury.

Who doesn't love to be treated with luxury?

Our better half are more likely to pamper themselves by heading to their favourite Spa. The best Spa treating them with exceptional luxury, will leave a lasting impression.  In return, they will keep coming back to Vegas for more.

Most men and some women love their cars too.

It seems cars and luxury go hand-in-hand. We love to express our loyalty to our favourite car, as it shows who we are, as a person. In Jay Leno's case, however, he loves ALL types of cars. So he's an exception to the rule.  But for the average population, most of us will boast about our favourite brand. Some will stand by their Mustang, while others love their Mercedes, BMW or Cadillac.  In fact, they will go as far as to argue the reasons why their car is the best from other makes or designs. They ARE indeed loyal!

Loyalty IS everything.

Loyalty is important to any successful company, who rely on their customers returning for the same products or services.  If the product or service remains the same, we ( the customers) will keep coming back, expecting the luxury we had the last time we visited.

As Loyalty is the building blocks to a better relationship, so is consistency.

Las Vegas relies on us coming back, therefore they know how important it is to "wine and dine" their patrons using the same consistency.  It's hard to bring a customer to their hotel because of the rising competition, so when they finally get a customer visiting their establishment, it's no wonder they like to show them the very best.

Lay out the "Red Carpet" if you will; a typical Hollywood standard.

Doing so, the customers may be so impressed, they're willing to come back, holding onto their favourite resort, no matter what the competition has.!

As Said, "...Las Vegas runs on loyalty, counting its success on advertising campaigns, luring its loyal customers back year after year. Some guests will come back, not only once a year, but twice to even four times a year.

God forbid, if the service fails the typical industry standard, falling below that 5 Star value. Sometimes human error is accountable but if the resort had complete control, they truly want customers to enjoy the very best each hotel has to offer.  Mistakes happen, but it's vital the resort reacts, moving  into action, to ensure their guests are compensated.  They never want to leave a bad taste, for their resort.  If they really care and the customer is reasonable, it usually is rectified. It's very much related to an entrepreneurs success, like those on the TV Series,Shark Tank or Dragons Den.

Bottom line, make your guest comfortable with your product or services.

In the end, each Las Vegas Resort, really do want you leaving their establishment with a good experience, coming back on a yearly basis.

So, my question today is :

Which Vegas Resort do you stand behind and you're considered a loyal guest?

Best Room in Vegas - What's Your Criteria ?

Aria Resort and Casino, Las Vegas - 16th Floor - poolside view -  Photo by Bari Demers

Some folks say,"I don't care what my room looks like in Vegas. I spend very little time in my room".

I must agree to disagree with this comment.

My vegas room is an important part of our overall fun experience.  From room service to being pampered with ensuite amenities.

Here's my "Lucky 7" criteria I hope for when picking a room :

1.  The view - it's always a plus to be able to see either a beautiful view of the Vegas Strip or the amazing courtyard, poolside.

2. Above or equal to the 10th floor - we've experienced all kinds of rooms throughout the years, from 2nd floor to the 28th floor.  The most enjoyable rooms are those above the 10th floor. It's feels like an upgrade of luxury.

Rooms from the second to the fifth floor aren't really anything special. These rooms make you feel the resort hasn't made that "extra effort" to make you feel comfortable.  Mind you, some customers feel safe on the lower floors.

By the sixth floor, you begin to see more of a view.

And of course, this doesn't apply to the $40,000 per night stays at the Octavius Tower Caesars Palace featuring 11,200 sq. ft.

But seriously, who can afford these rooms?  Billionaires - that's who!

3. The Bedding - Plush King-Size beds with Egyptian cotton sheets with fluffy pillows.  A good nights sleep is always a plus, even in Vegas, where it's non-stop 24/7.  Sure, you may stay up until the wee hours, but you will always feel like heaven as your head hits that pillow. A comfortable bed is certainly a requirement with any resort.

4. The size of the room means something - when I stayed at the Venetian, Las Vegas, 650 sq ft rooms does make a difference.  Most comparable one room suites throughout Vegas are from around 420 - 520 sq ft.  Without paying more, it's always nice to feel like you have been upgraded.

5. The amenities are important.  Showcasing my Facebook Page Vegas Reviews means it's vital I have Internet connection.

a) Internet - It's also the best way to contact family and friends while on vacation.

b) The in-room safe is a must, no matter where you decide your next vacation.

c) Electronic Toys - Remote control is always a plus, from TV to opening your drapes automatically. When I stayed at Aria Resort and Casino, their touch iPad feature offered everything from temperature control, lights, drapes, TV to setting the alarm.
Just entering the room was amazing, as the two-fold drapes automatically opened to the grand view.

d) Room Service - from the much appreciated, hard working maids cleaning your room, to a hot meal greeted by kitchen staff.  It really means a lot - it's like the "icing on the cake" sort of speak. What kind of holiday would it be without the friendly staff. Be sure to leave a tip to those who go that extra mile for you.

6. The Bathroom - the most pleasing bathroom is a little luxury on the side.

During our stay at Caesars Palace, the Forum Tower Royal suites offered 2000 sq ft, one bedroom with 3 bathrooms, a private bar, huge dining and living room featuring plenty of space to entertain guests up to six people.

Each bathroom featured a dual-head rain shower with glass doors, marble tile and towels galore.

My wife even had her own make-up table, just off from the main master bathroom.

Bathrooms are not only a requirement but it's a place to soak your bones or take a much needed shower. All those little soaps, conditioners and shampoos with their very own scent, make your time most relaxing.  My wife loves to take those traditional bubble-baths.

7. Entrance - entering your room does have value.  It's nice to step into your very own foyer.  Opening the door is your "grand entrance" to luxury.  For that split second, your mind anticipates,
"What will my little piece of heaven look like? "  At the Forum Tower suite, our entrance was magnificent, with double-door entrance, a doorbell and a large marble floor foyer.

Your room experience may be different depending on your lifestyle.

But one thing I've noticed?

Once you move up to different levels of luxury, it's hard to go back to a "Plain-Jane" room.

Las Vegas offers you every kind of luxury you're looking for.

What do you look for in a room?

What do you consider your Best Room in Vegas?

Personally, mine would begin with the Venetian, Las Vegas along with Palazzo, the Wynn side-by-side with Encore, Caesars Palace with the Forum and Augustus Towers, the Bellagio, Vdara and Aria Resort and Cosmopolitan with the terrace option.

Your personal resort favorite may be different from past experiences, but the above suggestions won't steer you wrong.

Your best room may have been at the Luxor or Planet Hollywood - whatever is your best, share with me your favorite room in Las Vegas -  Vegas Reviews - We are Vegas Lovers.

Whatever life-style requirements you have, they are sure to be important to you.

Your stay in Vegas is important, it's your vacation to relax and enjoy the comforts you don't regularly see at home.  It may be to celebrate a wedding, anniversary or birthday.

But whatever the reason is, you've decided to stay in Las Vegas, the room begins or ends your pleasant stay.

See you in Vegas!

Super Chef Jean Phillipe Patisserie

What's your favorite pastry or chocolate with Jean Philippe Patisserie ?

The Chocolate Woman by Pastry Chef Jean Phillip Patisserie at The Bellagio, Las Vegas

The Vegas Experience with Pastry Chef Jean Phillipe Patisserie

The craftsmanship behind all the fine chocolate is by the master himself,
Executive Pastry Chef Jean Philippe Maury

The hours of work to make just one piece of sculptured art takes incredible dedication. Expertise is without a doubt and "The Woman Art Piece", made out of 120 lbs of chocolate, is a fine example of craftsmanship.

You can find "The Woman Art Piece" on display at his Bellagio location, past the corridors from the Conservatory & Botanical Gardens heading towards the ARIA Express monorail.

World's largest Chocolate Fountain by Jean Phillip Patisserie

If this doesn't impress you, Jean Phillipe features the worlds largest chocolate fountain, recorded by Guinnesswill surely make an impact, showcasing 4,409 lbs of warm chocolate streaming along a series of chocolate falls.

All of his elaborate pastries and chocolates are by the hands of
professionals, but it can be a little pricey.

It all depends how you look at, either spend $15 to $20 on a slot machine or maybe use that twenty dollars on Jean Philippe's pastries for two. For example, you can purchase a 4.2 oz Chocolate Hazelnut Spread for $12. Or try out his signature chocolates - the Square Box collection with 16 pieces at a cost of $36.

It's sure to delight your sweet tooth, taste buds and captivate the most wonderful Vegas Food Experience, showcasing his artistic talent. Each pastry and chocolate is like, "Eating Art", along with the burst of flavors. And, if you can't make Vegas, you can order them on-line with JP Chocolates.

Be sure to take a picture before you eat his masterpieces.

Jean Philippe Patisserie offers a gourmet selection of fancy sandwiches,
savory artistic chocolates including an array of flavored truffles bursting
your taste buds into action, making you instinctively say," Oh Yum!".

And his crepes are a must on your list to try.

Blazed with an assortment of fresh fruits and real whipping cream makes this truly a new dessert experience. If you've never tried a crepe, it's time you did.

I've had the opportunity to rub shoulders with Gold awarded Pastry Chefs before, seeing first hand the molds used to create the crisp linear chocolates, including some creative tricks to designing the art piece. Jean Philippe is obviously a world class pastry chef and maybe one day I will be able to meet him too.

Jean Philippe Patisserie  is a must on your list of things to do and try in Vegas

I like to call it, The Vegas Experience

You can find Jean Philippe Patisserie at three locations :

Aria Resort & Casino  at 3730 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV

Bellagio  at 3600 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV

Official Fun in Vegas

Welcome - Vegas Reviews
Nothing here but pure "fun" for all those that love Vegas  baby!

Vegas Reviews is an interactive Social Vegas Facebook Club   featuring "fun" times at  mega hotels, such as Caesars Palace, T.I. ( Treasure Island), Bellagio, Cosmopolitan, Wynn & Encore showcasing only the "fun" throughout the strip. Come join us on facebook and blogs.

Vegas Reviews is a place on Facebook who love to express their excitement and experiences about Vegas.

Our motto," Fun in Vegas" is the only way to express yourself on Vegas Reviews. We don't have time for those who aren't looking for fun. There are plenty of other websites related to judging or attacking Vegas hotels, we only think about enjoying ourselves, showcasing awesome photos of the "fun" we have throughout Las Vegas.  Come Join Us... in the "fun"!

About Vegas Reviews:

Vegas Reviews will sometimes give reviews, tips and insight to Vegas, but we are mainly about where to find that great meal, drink, entertainment or the quickest transportation throughout the strip.

For example, did you know at the Cosmopolitan they serve premium drinks, including your time playing on the slot machines. You'll know what I mean if you been around the strip.

I look for friendly staff and that extra special touch, no matter how little is may seem to others. Just the friendly jester of opening the doors for you actually means to me, as," Welcome! Are we ever glad to see you! Enjoy your time with us!"

Or maybe you'll find a friendly waitress/waiter with a smile where they really do mean to smile. It's not fake. They enjoy there work and are like a smooth-oiled machine ready to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Vegas Reviews only likes to go where the "fun" is. I know what you're thinking, I use "fun" too  many times in a paragraph. But there really isn't any better way to say it.  Just for "fun" count how many times I say,"fun".

We will only talk about where we had "fun" without talking about where we didn't have "fun". The places we don't have fun? We just never go back.

In Vegas, you have very little time to enjoy your stay, because most of our time can be as short as a weekend, we take "fun" seriously!   We take our "fun time" to enjoy the great entertainment, food, pool parties and comedians. Of course our stay at the hotels are most important to our success in having "fun".

Facebook Vegas Reviews  will only show you the fun part and keep out the ones that give that negative vibe. If we don't happen to say anything good about it, we just don't say anything at all - we love to say," We had a whole bunch of fun here!"

Check out these Vegas Reviews:

The Venetian Las Vegas

We also give some Vegas Tips but you know how it goes, everyone likes to be experts. Vegas Reviews are not experts, just a "fun" group waiting to hear others who had "fun" in Vegas.
